Itinerary:
Day 1. Arriving in Caracas
Early morning arrival in Caracas and city tour including the hihghlights of the capital. Overnight in a hotel near the airport. -/-/-
Day 2. Canaima National Park- Angel Falls
This morning we will catch a flight from Caracas to Canaima National Park for a thrilling adventure to behold Angel Falls, the highest waterfall in the world. We recommend you travel light, carrying only essential gear for your jungle exploration. Upon arrival, we will hop aboard wooden canoes navigating the Carrao River, offering panoramic views of iconic landmarks along the way. We will Marvel at the majestic Auyan tepui, the towering mesa from which the waterfall cascades. As the day winds down, we will enjoy a hearty dinner and settle in for an overnight stay in hammocks with a view of the awe-inspiring Angel Falls. B/L/D
Day 3. Angel falls - Canaima Lagoon
After breakfast, we will have some free time to walk through the jungle and enjoy the scenery of the spectacular waterfall. In the afternoon, we take a boat back to Canaima Lagoon, where we will spend the night in a lodge. The Canaima Lagoon is a stunning natural wonder located within Canaima National Park, which is renowned for its crystal-clear waters, which reflect the surrounding tepuis, creating a mesmerizing mirror-like effect. Day 4. Canaima Lagoon - Ciudad Bolivar
Today we will keep exploring the scenic Canaima Laggon, we will visit the Sapo Waterfall, known for its unique feature that allows visitors to walk behind the cascading water curtain during the dry season. Walking behind the waterfall is a memorable experience, offering a close encounter with the power and beauty of nature. The name "El Sapo" translates to "The Toad" in English, and it's named so because of the shape of the rock formation behind which the waterfall cascades, resembling the back of a toad. In the afternoon, we will do a short boat trip around the lagoon, before we board the charter flight to to Puerto Ordaz. We will then continue to the city of Ciudad Bolivar where we will spend the night. B/L/-
Day 5. Ciudad Bolivar - Orinoco Delta
We'll start the day with breakfast before exploring the Colonial District of Ciudad Bolivar, established in 1764 and named in honor of Simon Bolivar - the national independence hero. Following that, we'll embark on a scenic five-hour drive to the region of Boca de Uracoa, where a boat will take us to our charming rustic lodge where we will spend the night. Along the journey through the Orinoco delta, you'll be treated to a diverse array of landscapes and wildlife. Meandering through the rainforest river channels, you will have the opportunities to spot monkeys, dolphins, toucans, and other fascinating creatures. B/L/D
Day 6. Orinoco Delta - Puerto Ordaz
After breakfast, we embark on another captivating day in the Orinoco delta, taking the opportunity to explore the surroundings on foot. Venturing into the dense jungle, we'll immerse ourselves in this unique ecosystem, experiencing its wonders firsthand. Following a fantastic morning, we'll enjoy a satisfying lunch before continuing our journey. Along the way, we'll pass by the humble settlements of the Warao tribe, gaining insight into their traditional way of life. We will then head journey concludes as we head to Uracoa pier and then drive to Puerto Ordaz. where we will spend the night in a hotel hotel/guesthouse. B/L/-
Day 7. Puerto Ordaz- Choroni
We will start our day with an early morning flight to Caracas. From there, we will continue by car to the picturesque coastal town of Choroni. Known for its stunning beaches, vibrant colonial architecture, and lush tropical surroundings, Choroni is a popular destination for both domestic and international tourists.Overnight in a hotel in the town. Day 8. Choroni - Chuao - Choroni
We start our day with a visit to the nearby village of Chuao to enjoyt its picturesque setting, rich cultural heritage, and learn more about its world-class cacao production. The cacao here is considered to be among the finest in the world. The village has a long-standing tradition of cacao cultivation, dating back centuries to pre-Columbian times. Today, Chuao's cacao is highly sought after by chocolatiers and connoisseurs for its superior quality and unique flavor profile. Here we will visit a local plantation and learn about the full chocolate craft process. In the afternoon, we will return back to Choroni and you will have free time to enjoy some of the beautiful beaches here, like Playa Grande, which offer golden sands and clear blue waters ideal for swimming, sunbathing, and water sports. Day 9. Choroni- Caracas
Today we will drive back to Caracas and spend the night in a hotel near the airport. Free time to explore the city on your own. B/L/-
Day 10. Departure

♦ Food and gifts for locals: Since we will stop in local houses in Orinoco Delta and Turimiquire, we will give food as donations. Probably $15 per person is enough, feel free to give more if you like. If you want to donate medicines for Diarrhea, fever, or cough, that would be most welcome. Clothes that you don't use and still look in good condition, even better if they are for kids.
