If you are here that means that you have been contacted by a member of our staff, you have your transfer confirmed and an invoice has been issued and sent for your trip. Now that you follow the deadlines for the deposit or the rest payment, mentioned inside your invoice, you have to log in into our secure system for online payments.

1. click on the link аt the bottom of this page
2. log in using the number of your invoice and your e-mail address which you have used for correspondence with us
3. depending on your reservation choose to pay the deposit or the rest payment
4. submit your credit card details
5. make a reprint of your paid invoice

Having Trouble with Online Payment or Login?
If your payment or login attempt was unsuccessful, please follow the steps below to identify and resolve the issue:

✅ Step 1: Check Your Reference Number
Ensure the reference number is entered correctly. Even a small typo or missing digit can cause a failed payment.

✅ Step 2: Verify Your Email Address
Confirm that there are no extra spaces before or after your email address in the field. Make sure you are using the same email address that was used when booking the tour.

✅ Step 3: Check the Payment Deadline
If you're trying to make a deposit or final payment, check whether the due date has already passed. If the deadline has passed, please contact us for further assistance.

Common Payment Error Codes
Below are some of the most frequent error messages returned by the payment gateway and how to address them:

05 - Do Not Honor
The payment gateway does not accept your card.
>> Try using another card if possible. If that doesn’t work either, please make a bank transfer (Please refer to the bottom of your offer file for our bank account information)

16 - Insufficient Funds
Your card does not have enough balance.
>>  Please check with your bank or try a different card.

33 - Expired Card
The card you’re using has expired.
>>  Use a valid, non-expired card to proceed.

34  - Suspected Fraud
The transaction has been flagged by your bank or card provider.
>> Try using another card, or make a bank transfer (Please refer to the bottom of your offer file for our bank account information). You can also contact your bank for assistance.
