Moderate to difficult. For bikers in good physical condition. Depending on the day, the cycling routes vary from easy to demanding. The demanding routes include considerable cycling uphill and require good fysical condition. There are, however, also easier routes that are suitable for cyclists with less biking experience. Besides, staying on the ship and enjoying the cruise and sun is always an option if you need a day or more off from cycling
