Wanna be cyclists? Follow these tips

There are millions of people all over the world who ride bikes and the number is increasing. If you are among the beginners who are struggling with getting on the trails, here are some tips that can be of help.

First of all, pay attention to protection -always wear a helmet! Protect your knees - don't pedal in high gear for extended periods, keep your cadence between 70 and 90 rpm's.

Get a proper bike fit – this will reduce the pain and soreness during and after the ride. Chose right saddle! Forget about the thickest padding.

A longer seat with a cutout will be the best. Don't ride with headphones on – you can miss emergency vehicle or other commotions. Obey all road signs. And keep your head up!
