Slovenský Raj (Slovak Paradise) is a tourist region in the eastern part of Slovakia, famous all over Europe, which has been a national park since 1988. It is a plateau with an average height of 800-1000 m, densely lined with steep, picturesque canyons and steams. You will have a chance to see main attraction there – Dobsinska Ice Cave. From there you move north up to Slovakian Tatras with its multitude of trails, beautiful flora and fauna and Tatra lakes (around 160).

Itinerary:
Day 1: Hrabusice
Arrival to Krakow. Transfer to Hrabusice, Slovakia, village near Slovensky Raj National Park. Overnight in Hrabusice
Optional afternoon walk: 9 km, + 355m / - 355m
Day 2: Dobsinka Ice Cave
Walk to village Stratena along Hornad river and Klastorisko. Afternoon visit to Dobsinska Ice Cave, one of the most valuable ice caves in the world.Overnight in Stratena.
Distance: 13 km , 6-9 hours hike, + 680 m / - 670 m
Day 3: Strbske Pleso
Transfer to Strbske Pleso. Chairlift to Chata Pod Soliskem an old mountain shelter. Walk to Predne Solisko peak (2093 m) with picturesque view to nearby peaks. Overnight in Strbske Pleso.
Distance: 6 km , 2-4 hours hike, + 290m / - 750 m
Day 4: Mlynicka and Furkotska valleys
Hike along Mlynicka valley - a beautiful walk ended with the view of one of the prettiest Tatra waterfalls, a great place to relax. Walk to Furkotska valley, relax by Furkotny lake.Overnight in Strbske Pleso.
Distance: 14 km , 5-7 hours hike, + 1035 m / - 1035m
Day 5: Stary Smokovec
Walk through Ostrva peak to Stary Smokovec.Ostrva is the peak in Mieguszowiecka Valley on the Popradzki Pond. In terms of trekking, it is not a great challenge, however, it offers excellent
views to High Tatras.Overnight in Stary Smokovec.
Distance: 19 km, 6-9 hours hike , +930 m / - 1290 m
Day 6: Krakow
Transfer to Krakow. In the afternoon you will have a chance for individual sightseeing which shall including Krakow Old Town, Royal Castle Hill, Jewish Quarter.Overnight in Krakow
Day 7: Return home
Morning transfer to the Krakow airport . End of services.
