The hotel is situated very close to the beach, overlooking the sea and the coastal sandy stripe. All rooms are equipped with AC, some of them have also balcony. The swimming pool has a separate shalow part for children. Safe is available at the reception. Numerous restaurants and souvenir shops are situated only within 100-200 m walk.

Sunset Beach Hotel is located at a 200 m distance to the beach and at 300 m distance to the centre of Lozenets resort. Sunset Beach Hotel has 56 double rooms with an extra bed option, with a balcony looking out on the sea. They are equipped with an air conditioner, a cable TV, mini bar, safe, fire and sound signaling system, a bathroom with a hair-drier and WC, a balcony. Four rooms, located on the ground floor, offer every convenience for disabled people and for mothers with small children. Sunset Beach Hotel has 2 maisonette suites (100 sq.m, exposed to the east) – two bedrooms with a balcony and a bathroom and WC on the second floor, and a living-room with a scenic balcony – on the first floor. They are equipped with an air-conditioner, cable TV, mini bar, safe, fire and sound signaling system, bathroom, WC, hair-drier, balconies. The lobby bar has 50 seats. The restaurant offers Bulgarian cuisine meals. There is a conference hall at the disposal of the guests, offering 50 seats on an area of 60 sq. m.
