A true mountain bike adventure in the beautiful surroundings of Iskar gorge and Vrachanski karst natural reserve.

Trip plan:
Day 1.
Transfer to Zasele village. We start biking on isolated asphalt road among vast meadows and small villages climbing up to 1100m. We go downhill on a panoramic dirt road to Proboinitsa river and Lakatnik rocks. Option for additional bike trip up the picturesque valley of Petranitsa river and then downhill on technical trails through Lakatnik rocks. Bike on an asphalt road to Bov village and our guesthouse situated just beneath the 90 m high Skaklia waterfall. Option for a short hike up the beautiful eco trail of Skaklia waterfall. Fresh trout for dinner.
Biking specifics: distance: 25km, uphill/downhill: 550m/ 700m
Day 2
We get on the the train to Svoge and start biking uphill on an asphalt road to the remote village of Leskov dol. Soon we reach the main mountain ridge with vast meadows and panoramic views to The Balkan range, Sofia and Vitosha mountains. We go downhill on a nice dirt road through the small Bukovets village and reach Rebrovo village and Iskar river from where we are transferred back to Sofia.
