Cycling to Erma River Gorge – 1 day
Explore one of the most beautiful parts of Western Bulgaria – the region of Tran town. Cycle along typical small mountain villages and take a hike in the stunning Erma gorge on a nice eco trail among the rocks.
Trip plan:
A short 15 minutes transfer bring us to the village of Pozharevo. From there we cycle among small isolated villages and Breznik town until we reach the town of Tran. After a short rest for a café and refreshment drinks we continue towards the gorge of Erma river. After a while we the entrance of the stunning Erma gorge. We have a barbeque on a small meadow by the river. Then we walk on the beautiful eco trail among the high cliffs abundant with birdlife. We walk on wooden bridges and ladders and enjoy the numerous small waterfalls and cascades surrounded by green vegetation beneath us. Transfer back to Sofia.

Nessesary equipment: We strongly recommend you wearing a helmet during the cycling. You can bring your own helmet or rent one from us. Cycling gloves are also advisable. Breathable and waterproof clothes, comfortable shoes for cycling.
